Service was bad,had to call 10 times but no things were done.den last day manager was helpful and did.stayed for 4 days

Well maintained property, clean room and linen. Has a good spacious rooms. I'd book it again in future.

Great staff, well cleaned rooms and washroom. Balcony was spacious and well ventilated.

We had a really bad experience, the Air conditioning stopped working they changed our rooms twice in the middle of the night due to the air conditioning, there was no hot water available, we had to call them multiple times just to get the room serviced, even after the cleaning we found spider webs in the room, the staff was not helpful

Smoking smell on that floor . In room also same feeling . Regards

Property has been maintained well. I have stayed here in the past on various occasions due to its convenient location. The reception counter staff behaviour is a major let down though. Very indifferent attitude & argumentative. Running Hot water is a serious problem in the morning. The owners should seriously give a thought to solving this issue, as I have observed this problem almost everytime i have stayed there. Also sensitising the counter staff by the owners will certainly help in improving the image of the hotel and make it a customer friendly hotel.

I didn’t like the hotel at all.. no hot water , no parking , no proper facilities

Stayed here during a work trip, and the experience was seamless. The check-in was quick, rooms were spotless, and Wi-Fi speed was reliable enough for meetings. Perfect for business travelers.

We faced issues on food service and incharge at night was too rude. Whenever we asked for room service for food , he was asking how many people we are , I do not know why he was so worried about that. Further delay in room service was regular for all 3 days and just one person was there to do so for the whole property. My booking included breakfast which has 4 options in the morning, after paying 4k for a day , breakfast needs to improve. Also we faced issues with morning water which was in a container and when asked for packed bottles , the same incharge started fighting on that. Over all great rooms but no hospitality.........they need to look on that.

Mattress of the room was very uncomfortable and room fridge was also not working rest was fine and good

Hotel was fine , buy food wasn't good I had to order from outside , they were confused about billing called me after 5 days that you haven't paid food bill .

Rooms were okay.. washroom was very dirty with no hot water.. and suddenly water was not flowing through taps after complaining 10 times they started the water pump.. pathetic service

had network issues, no network in rooms overpriced as per room size was normal for deluxe room rest staff was soft spoken

Stay was pleasant and the mattress as really comfortable unlike other spring mattresses.rooms are clean and well maintained
