The apar hotel is not good. There was no hot water in the room. The room service was also not good. The TV was not even available. The room itself was good.

A kind great heart when it comes to the rooms and the infrastructure wasn't so good.They don't even have a Fan that works good enough in the reception. Just bcoz I cancelled and asked your person to confirm the cancellation room to confirmonce again based on your customer care agent obedience and courtesy call, I accepted to rebook the hotel.Then when I asked mr.sanjay the hotel owner or the manager I don't know but he responded to me saying you please wait till 12" 0" CLOCK.Sinve I knew the check in was 12pm so waited till 12pm and then he says since you cancelled booking iam sorry I cannot accept to confirm the room.He asked me to rebook it once again and pay for it.why would I repay once again to rebook.Any ways I don't want to complaint or convince.Its a quite Bitter experience for me booking online without visiting the property. When will you refund the amount.

Cellular network was poor wifi not working tv not working landline nit working poor sanitation facility and poor hygiene sheets not clean pathetic
