Good Stay
It was good but sheets were dirty and smelly. Superb location and amenities nearby good place to stay for short duration.

The location of the hotel indeed positive factor
Hotel staff is very much cooperative and concerned about your need and comfort, even if you call them in odd hours they are available. Food is quite good and the location of the hotel in the market is an added advantage. Stay was comfortable.

Appearance was different from website pictures
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Actual rooms are not even 1% of the pictures posted on Make my trip. Dirty bathroom, there was a leakage in waste pipe of washbasin and they didn't even bother to repair it or to change my room. Please don't stay in this hotel.

Centrally located near to shopping malls, but the room we were provided was poorly maintained, broken and stained tails, damaged pop, non working remotes, unhygienic bathroom etc. Staff behavior was good but the lots of maintenance works to be done.

good for a budget stay.
Staff was courteous. Cleanliness could be better.

No parking facility, value for this hotel should not be more than Rs 1500 for a room per night. I would not recommend Hotel Silver Arc - New Delhi And NCR. Only positive point is that it is closer to market for shopping, nothing else. Please check all facilities before booking in any hotel.

This is my second stay in the hotel. Staff is very courteous. Location is very good as it is close to metro station. Food served was very good. Need to improve on cleanliness. Overall, it is a value for money stay.
