The hotel room was good. It was clean. The toilet was also somewhat clean. It is worth of trying in the given price.

Terrible Stay
once you leave the hotel property they will call you after 2 hour and complain about unnecessary things and ask you to pay. In situation they complained they we did a whole in their towel which is impossible as half of the booking hour I was not available. Secondly asking 700 RS for a towel doesn’t not justify.

After your checkout, our housekeeping team found a towel with a burnt hole, which had been kept hidden inside a drawer. You initially acknowledged the damage and agreed to compensate, but upon learning that our premium-quality towels cost ₹700, you declined and instead chose to post this review. At Hotel Patel Inn, we uphold the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and service quality. Guests are charged only for verified damages after proper inspection and documentation — never without evidence or reason. Photographs and internal records of the item were maintained in this case. We deeply value every guest’s comfort and experience and would never raise false claims. Good Stay
this is quite a new hotel and hence everything is spotless and clean. initially they offered a room wherein the AC was not working properly. it was running continuously irrespective of setting and room was made like an ice box in a short time. We had to use the room without AC on the first day, however they offered a premium room from day two onwards which was a better customer service considering the issue. Location was great and very near to all major tourist spots. No full restaurant or proper food locations nearby which is a negative. otherwise everything else was ok and value for money

Good Location and Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
The hotel has a convenient location in the city, making it easy to get around. The room was good — clean and comfortable. Staff service was generally okay to good. Special mention to Mr. Soumya, Mr. Rajesh, and Chief Mr. Amar, who were supportive, polite, and helpful. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
