I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. The state of the room and bathroom was utterly disgraceful—filthy floors, stained bedding, and an unhygienic bathroom that appeared to have not been cleaned in days. The overall condition of the room was far below even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing, especially given the expectation of basic hygiene and comfort when booking a hotel stay. I expect an immediate explanation for this level of negligence, as well as a full or partial refund for the inconvenience and discomfort I endured. I also urge you to take corrective action to ensure future guests are not subjected to similar conditions.

This hotel is scam, They always charge 600 in cash in addition to online payment.

Worst service, we have booked 2days prior of our visit and when we have reached there they have denied to give room as they don't have vacant room for us which is quite not fare if you are paying in advance for the room then for those room should be available and given first priority and they were very rude and instead of apologize for the inconvenience they were talking like shit with arrogance and asked us to contact to support we have contacted around 45 mins to 1 hour they have given us a room which is just like a spare room and dirty we have to take that room as they were denying to shift to any other location. They have clearly told us that they don't have anything to do with it everything will be handled

Not a nice experience, the rooms were not clean and when asked to provide another room they said all rooms are occupied, ac was not working even complained about it but nobody came, no complimentary waterbottles as well we had to pay at the end, room was smelling cigarette type, not worth it night, not at all, also there was no space for parking car as well

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable. The bedroom as well as bathroom are nice and clean. Good behavior from staffs as well.

1. Staffs were unfriendly 2. Add on breakfast booking were not complied. 3. Rooms were dirty 4. Bathroom cleaning were not complied during five day stay 5. Bedsheet and pillow cover were changed only once that too on demand. 6. No toilet tissue papers in the toilet. 7. Liquid mosquito propellant were issued for 4 days but issued on last day that too on demand 8. No parking space 9. No sitting chair or tool in the room
