poor experience
Booked a room for 1 night and had a very bad experience... There was a power cut in every 5-10 kijutes.. there were bed bugs in the bed couldn't sleep for whole night... The room was stinking ... Some how survived the night 🥲

Much bitter & little sweet experience
I had booked room for my 7 year son and me, for 3 days & 2 nights, with breakfast. Hotel mentioned that my son's stay was complementry (offer from their side, not request from me). After checkin, I was told that only 1 towel, 1 toilet kit will be provided as my son's stay was complementry, even the breakfast was provided for only 1 person. I stay in Bhubaneshwar every month in this format, but this is the first time towel or breakfast was refused for my son. Room was clean in general. But, there were stains on the sheets, and water was dripping in the bathroom from many places. Behaviour of the hotel staff was good (neither I argued on the above points nor did they misbehave). Only manager could speak any language other than Odia, although they were patient and made all efforts to explain what they wanted to say. At night and early morning, in order not to be disturbed hotel staff would put the phone off the hook. The food is good (tasty and not cooked in too much oil & spice).

Terrible Stay
The bedsheets were not clean... There were dirty stains and hairs all over the pillows and bed.... Moreover the bedsheets and pillow covers were smelling bad

Not safe for females and families
hotel smells and they lock the main gate with shutter at night , that is so dangerous for females. Electricity kept going off all night.

Bad experience.
Smell at room at and also in bed. You can get the smell when you are in reception. No pillow cover. Food cost is different from the menu card. Less quantity of food served. Room TV network connection is hanged. The room provided is maximum 10 feet x 10 feet.

Avoid This Hotel – Not Worth It Even for Free I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was nonexistent, and the washroom conditions were terrible — no jet spray, water leakage, and a constant bad smell. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with no proper housekeeping. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise others to stay away, even if offered a free stay.

Terrible Stay
coupleI requested for date change because i selected the wrong date mistakenly but hotel denied to change the date and also denied to refund my amount as this is an exception situation. Please improve this as we are humans and we do mistakes unexpectedly. Unfortunately i didn't get my refund.
