Not a clean room balcony eqs so duty there was a chair 🪑 full of dust. Service also not good they are too lazy. Nat comparative and the horrible experience of power cut of 1 hour complete darkness at room not a single candle there I'm reputedly asking for power they ignored

poor management quality of food average staff is careless always busy in WhatsApp reception is not helpfull sorry for stay in saaj hote poor management

Food is perfectly fine

We have reached around 2 pm .. and room was not ready. Also room was smelly post giving 15-20 mins. No welcome drinks were offered as per informed when i booked the property.

The stay was good and located in a good location. I was expecting the room floors to be more cleaned. The receptionist guy was polite and really helpful and helped us with the luggage

The hotel rooms were clean and the restaurant served tasty food at affordable price, the staff were friendly and service was good

I have found it from make my trip app. It was good to stay here. Surround and the space was broad and beautiful. It was spacious and peaceful.

I stayed here for a day with my family after finding it’s location near to esplanade mall where i have a work next morning and it was showing good rating in make my trip, but surprisingly i experienced here poor service comparing the room charges. There was no welcome drink as mentioned, even there was no breakfast options were there other than dosa. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of foreign liquor off shop. I recommend not to stay here with your family if you have other options.

Rooms not upto the mark and bf is not good at all. Staffs are not properly trained or experienced. Proper annimities not available as per commitment.

Room is not worth for the amount which i got it by 3000. They provided executive room for the price as their superior room charges only 3000 at that time. Very small size room. Bathroom is good. Breakfast quality is very bad.
