    Not satisfying 😤

    Their services are not so satisfying. Provided room was smaller than uploaded photos. There were stains on bedsheet, towel and pillow. They denied to provide mineral water, toiletries. I had to contact the customer service & then I got water and toiletries. They provided two sealed bottles RO water of 300 ml but only once whereas the mineral water was complimentary in my booking. But they said that extra water would be chargeable. If you need more water, they fill from pure it or aqua guard into unsealed used bottles. Also the staffs behaviour were not so suitable.
