Location was good, entry was shabby no welcome smiles, pushing to make money by giving mineral water 2 bottles made me realise that they are chargeable The TV in the room was tough to operate Room was decent size the wash room was good too however basic amenities like shaver, shampoo, comb dental kit missing

Our stay in swain heritage is very comfortable.Hotel is situated near Jaydev Vihar which is a good location with good communication facility. Food is good .hotel is well maintained ,neat and clean rooms.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent hotel stay in Bhubaneswar, which I had booked through your platform. While the property seemed decent on the surface, the actual experience was extremely disturbing and raised significant safety and privacy concerns. I was allotted Room 201, and to my shock, I noticed that the door peephole was missing. The lens was not installed — instead, there was only a hole loosely covered with paper, making it impossible to safely identify visitors and putting my privacy at serious risk. Adding to this distress, I was harassed throughout the night, with repeated doorbells (around 8 to 9 times) from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and every time I opened the door, no one was there. I reported this immediately to the hotel staff that night, but no action was taken, and the harassment continued, leaving me scared and mentally disturbed.

The room first I had check in the AC was not working and while I had told to hotel manager regarding this...he talked with me rudely that If the AC will be working then you will pay to me...after that the AC didnt worked he also checked....when I told to change the room he again told that why you didn't checked before checkin ...so I told that I am a traveller and travelled for 400 kms from morning and I am tired ...so I checked in the room your reception allocated me...again he rudely telling I am also tired as we have 12 wine shop in the city and all.. Is this the way a hotel manager will talk with an customer.. very ever worst stay and also the tariff they are taking is worthless for that room very worst...worst behavior and worst accomodation

The rooms were very neat and clean , bathroom were very hygienic, basic things were provided inside the room, kitchen provided all kinda dishes and quantity was also good , tasted very good , room service were provided time to time , communication with reception was good and very well behaved. All over it was an amazing experience

Accommodation not so good for couples. Minimum amenities are not available. Room mentenance are very poor.

terrible, there nothing like room service, the towel and bed sheets seems to be reused and upon request they never turn back, the elevator is horrible and last but not the least the reception are handled by anyone , in my case some fellow took my Aadhar card and have not returned and while checking out after two full days it was out of my mind, and now I am following up from Guwahati and I have paid 200/- extra also as courier charges but they neither pick up phone nor they have posted to my location. highly unprofessional

We booked this hotel through makemytrip considering its location and it was comfortable stay. The name heritage sometime is misleading and may be changed accordingly. Smooth check in and good food. But i had booked another room for my colleague and they denied early check in although it was informed earlier. The manager should have been a little more cordial.

It was all good, but on the last day of our stay the ac stopped working and we had to move to another hotel. But the managers were all good and polite.
