Average Stay
Location is good. Room was spacious and good. But some bad smell was there in the hotel and lift. Service was average.

Terrible Stay
dingy rooms , it's residence turned make shift hotel. Highly unprofessional staff - No towel Nothing provided at first.. rooms not clean.. at 3pm rooms were not prepared for check in... Random people in slippers sitting around reception...They lock the main gate at night

Payhetic place to stay disgusted with the smell.

Worst hotel
The room was filthy, the amenities were nonexistent. The bathroom had mold, the wi-fi didn't work, and the food was disgusting. Worst hotel stay ever. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty good
Hotel staff were well behaved, respond to requirement with showing the intent of urgency. Located near the main road and nearer to utkal hospital which helps us since my father was admitted there.

Rude manager & food quality issue
Property manager was drunk-ed at night hours and was talking rudely. Didnt open door at late night, i had to enter the property by jumping the main gate. Food quality is not that good, breakfast served was not fresh.

familyNot at all recommended for kids, senior citizens, pregnant women and patients. Here is why: 1. The rooms stink smoke 2. Construction work is going on in the hotel(at least as of now, resulting in a lot of noise and dust in the air. Other reasons you should avoid this hotel: 1. The photos of the rooms you see on mm t are not matching at all with the actual rooms in the hotel (at least the delux one. 2. Staff is non cooperative. 3. No dental kit or tea kit wil be provided unless you ask for it multiple times 4. If you share your room with your kids and wife, they assume that you should share your towel also with them. No matter how many times you ask, they won't provide you with more than one towel. Reasons you can consider this hotel: 1. You don't have any other options 2. You really want to spoil your vacations. Why i rated it 2 instead of 1: this is at chandrashekharpur. So you have easy access to both jaydev vihar and nandan kanan.

I had a pleasant stay there except few things: 1. There was a telivision but had no set-top box connection attached to it. 2. In my 7 days stay not a single day housekeeping staff came to clean the room. 3. I got an old used fragile towel, which i never used because of it’s condition. 4. Initially i didn’t get any toothbrush kit, in the bathroom i got only a small bar of soap with no handwash kept in the washroom. 5. Only a very small moisturisor i got there with no other things like shampoo, toothpaste, soap and conditioner. 6. There was no chair in the room, i asked for multiple times then they gave the chair. 7. Wifi coverage was too poor, i was unable to do any work with the bandwidth and speed.

Great stay
Room was very clean, staffs were well behaved and cooperative. Food was very good. Specially the tea it was very refreshing.

Room was good. Stuff behaviours was excellent. Hotel hospitality was too good. Hotel is best for breakfast. They are given healthy breakfast.
