The room alerted to me, was with defunct ac. The door of the bathroom was not having proper lock. After complaint, i have been alerted another room 05 hours latter.

soloVery messy rooms. Leakage from walls. Bathroom door was cracked. Very dirty. Had a terrible experience. And they charged me extra money after i reached the hotel.

Poor rooms
My stay at this hotel is not good. Blanket, pillow were dirty. Staff is supportive but room were not up to mark.

Very bad location
No lift, dirty blanket, ac and tv was not working at all. No respond from staff after complain also. Very bad
