Mention location of hotel not match to clear . According to shown location address very different from original address

good room but problem is I booked a ac room but after reaching at the hotel they say you have to pay extra 400 atleast for ac room except that staff behaviour is good and room is good according to price

During check in they charged extra money.. Staff behaviour is also terrible.Saying we don't provide AC rooms in your booking amount.

At first i was denied a room by one front lady stating that i was coming late which was around 7:30pm, hence the room was allotted to another guest. So no room was vacant. So after much debate i was allotted a room. The room was too smelly this shouldn't happen in future, otherwise booking hotel will not be a trusted platform anymore, it will make us doubting

Clean room and friendly staff. The location is prime and easily communicable. Overall very good experience.

We visited at 10 pm for check -in at the hotel, but the manager denied that we can't allow 3 people in discount rate booked. at that point we were just stuck at point, literally it was midnight and when we asked to manager what to do now. then he gave us room with extra charge of Rs-1500/-.Very bad experience. when I asked for refund they said they can't it's not in their hand. 🙏

We booked it for a night, went in there were many mosquitoes but no repellent,we bought one.They never gave towel.Everything was dirty even the floors.The pictures matches 0%, Zero room service. They charged 500 rs for a dust stain on the bed sheet which was already there when we checked in.Very bad policy never ever book this hotel.

Room is good. Extra care should be taken in respect of hygiene, room service is not available

Room was not properly maintained. Hardly one or two channels in tv. Bed was dirty. Room was not clean

Service was not up-to the mark, clogged water in bathrooms, located on fourth floor with no lift facility, no properly lighting, breakfast was good.

My experience was good stay at this hotel there are so many room. Good location in Gwalior. We can go from this location at railway station within 15 minute.

Location is good but the room was not clean and mosquitoes were also there. The size of the room is very small and the permises and photo copy charges is also bear by the customer.

Value budget, affordable for pocket, co-oprative staff, good service, cleanliness not so good, facilities for us gave all aminites which was actually shown, food quality average rate, overall is benfit for us

When I entered in hotel they refused to give any room. Then after making some noise they gave me AC room but after some time they tried to shift me to a bad room. Then again after making noise they reverted me to the same room. Overall had a bad experience.

Hotel infrastructure is not good and very poor room service. Beds and blankets are poorly managed. No bedsheets provided on bed. Air-conditioning is not good, feeds air in one direction only. Toilets are not hygienic. Bathing bar her poor quality. No combs available in room.

Good but room was not well maintained.

It one of best location who want to do shopping wid thier family.
