Hotel Toshali Sands, Puri Food and serving was extremely good. Room service and reception was was very welcoming. But ... sharing review... is a big zero... because one reception girl came to me with sweet voice and she told me to fill up the review and she herself took my mobile phone and clicked excellent very fast in the whole review page without my knowledge. We as an aged person are not so used to mobile so fast. Didn't liked her attitude at all. So fast she had done it in blink of my eyes. Need to report to the authority of the Hotel Toshali Sands property. That means they r doing this to all elderly personal without their knowledge... Rating only 3

Terrible Stay
The property is very bad and unhygienic. I ordered breakfast but I haven't received that either. Very bad experience

Not so good
No doubt, the food and room were good, but there are some hygiene issues that need attention. Many of the towels were dirty, and even the bedsheet was not well-maintained. At the time of check-out, due to heavy rain, we requested a 30-minute extension, but the staff was very rude. He directly said, “No, you have to check out, there is another booking.” At least the staff could have handled it politely. This is not the right way to communicate with guests.

Terrible Stay
Facility was not good breakfast not on time even A/c no working they were not clean the room. No laundry option no Press option totally worst. They have ruined my 5 days. I will suggest my friends or family don’t visit this properties.

Poor Service!
The service was really bad. People don’t know how to behave professionally with customers. When we booked the hotel, we call the on the google maps number which was there as well, a person picked up and confirmed a particular pricing but while at arrival, they charged us extra and did not listen to us at all. Moreover they accused us that we might be lying and asked us to show proof where we have spoken to them previously. This act triggered us even more. We even asked about the pool timings where he mentioned it was 7PM but again when we reached he said it was 5PM and there is no consideration. It was my friend’s bachelorette and we reached there around 3:30PM we literally had no time but the guy at the reception just won’t listen. At the end, property looks very good no doubt but if staff behaviour is such then its a big disappointment.

The worst experience they are not at all professional the facilities are worst. No mirror, no bathroom essentials, towels were torn and seemed like it had been a part of war.

Last time we visited here the place was good but this time it’s just worst maintainance of the place is very poor, landline was not given room was dirty and uncleaned wifi was not working room servicing was poor rooms were smelly and non ventilated pool was dirty with frogs in it not worth the price overall bad experience. The room was fine, staff and all were good. But one of the main reasons i chose this place was the swimming pool, which was the main thing that justified the price point for me, but it turned out to be out of order which was quite disappointing.
