I understand your frustration. It sounds like the plastic mattress cover significantly impacted your ability to sleep comfortably. This is definitely something the establishment should address immediately, as it can be a major detractor for guests. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! this problem is now solved, Our staff already removed the plastic.

We've installed a high-quality instant water heater, so you won't have to wait around for hot water. Just a heads-up about the new towels – they might shed a bit of lint on first use. Regarding the location, we are right in the heart of the electronics market. This means navigation and parking can be a bit tricky during the day, especially for those with cars, as we don't have dedicated parking on-site.
