The hotel is not in proper location , staff are not show good behavior they don't allow to me for check in my money is totally waste

teribble stay location was very poor maps couldn't find the location even localities don't know about the name of hotel I reached at 10 pm at the hotel very lonely place no roads nothing otherwise you will lose your money and regret very bad smell at the hotel very bad experience already lodged complaint

Utterly bad experience from the hotel. For ladies don't even go there. It's very inside and you'll be tired taking many turns to reach the destination. The hotel there is nothing closeby. Area itself is not safe as there is no light to go out at night. No restraunts closeby. I checked into a room where ac took 5 min to turn on and the fan suddenly started making noise. I immediately checked out and booked another hotel.

I personally found this hotel very clean and comfortable, The hospitality was good even the behaviour of the staff was very pleasant and helpful

1. The location is in a very circuitous route. 2. I was offered a room which did not have TV, which was not even having a chair & table. 3. I was not provided with a Towel in the night I stayed. It was provided only on next morning. The linen were stinking & had red patches all over. 4. The washroom did not have a bucket & mug, which was provided on next morning. 5. Overall, I was compelled to stay as I reached hotel at 11.30pm. It is very surprising who all had put positive and high reviews about this Hotel. It is definitely a scam.
