Cleanness is not good as I expected.i found this property on mmtrip because of rating.overall experience is not good

The hotel room was very clean, whenever I called for room service they immediately responded. Whenever you ordered food from this hotel specifically non-veg they are terrifying, they used to cook frozen chicken which really taste horrible.

stay was decent enough but food service is very slow which makes irritating after ordering the food and the quality was not top notch but ok ok. The cleaning was good and the ambience was very nice.

It was my 3rd time staying in this property as i have to visit bbsr a lot and i find its a very good place in that price range,but recently i am a bit disappointed because i believe the service was not upto the mark, the room i was in , was very clumsy not properly ventilated , and yes the food service is poor . I mean who keeps their guests to wait for an hour for food , sorry to say this but it’s my honest opinion. I don’t think i will opting for this one on my next visit .

I found this property on Make My Trip and the biggest feature of this property is that it is very close to the airport as well as the railway station.

Food was good but response time was unusually long. Used bed sheets were reused. They were surprised when we asked for fresh ironed bedsheets and replied that no bed sheet is ever ironed in the history of the hotel.

This was my second stay on this property, as my previous experience was very good so when i needed to stay i chose this property but compared to the previous experience this was a bit disappointing as the service was not good, when i reached the dustbins were not changed, then the food service was the main point to give it average .

Horrible food with sky catchy price ! Don’t ever book this hotel if you are travelling solo or with family food quality and taste is worst. In breakfast puri sabzi price 100 with 3pcs cold bad tastes puri with jhol curry no potato no matar is there. 2pcs slice Bread with small half omlet cost you around 150 ! They even don’t know how to cook a chicken ! It’s full of bones with horrible bad taste!

very good and clean hotels with delicious food. The service and hotel staff are very familiar. I would suggest to everyone to stay here.
