Worse Business travel

Hotel not having basic amenity like Wi-Fi. When asked service person saying what we can do if not working. After raising concern to hotel owner, 1st said we are trying ..finally gave excuse for this floor not working, use other floor Wi-Fi , that also didn’t work. In hotel property mentioned restaurant, but they don’t have. Booked room with free breakfast. They are bringing poori sabji from local shop and giving the same. Mentioned laundry service in property details, that also they don’t have. Last in 2025 they are using normal door key to lock unlock door. while unlocking the key ,got broken in one use, they charge 500 for the same. They said like some button need to press while unlocking so got broken which they informed after it broke. service person didn’t inform any such thing while entering and key was not in good condition as well.

familyRestroom requires immediate attention. Toilet is not disinfectant. Cockroaches were noticed. No hot water. Only a soap and one shampoo were available and never replaced. No room freshener was available. Room was quite small. Very supportive and attentive staffs. Room service boys were excellent. Cleaning standard was satisfactory. Free wifi was not provided to me during my stay.

Rooms are good. The staff attended very well. Wash rooms are really neat with 24 hrs water supply. A perfect hotel room for a family stay. For further improvement, pillow covers and bed-sheets can be changed more frequently.
