Very bad behaviour by the manager and very rude attitude firstly we can't get room on time and when we get room was not cleaned and there was no key for this room when we asked they said this room is under cctv so don't worry and the cleaning is not also done by everyday only one day they cleaned the room so very bad experience

The property and room was good but after reaching the hotel they asked for extra money and threatened if we will not give then they will not give us room . The manager’s behaviour was terrible .

Overall great stay , but had a few problems. I've done the booking for room with complementary breakfast but on reaching the hotel denied they didn't have complementary breakfast and they said they work with guidelines . So i didn't get my complementary breakfast.

Horrible room conditions. Hotel staff not friendly at all... Poor housekeeping of all areas within the premise. Despite having breakfast included in booking, they didn't provide breakfast

We were denied a room inspite of our booking. After trying for long we were able to talk to your customer care and they also were not able to provide us a room and they told us they will process our refund. Really disgusting

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff were polite but not particularly engaging or helpful. The location was convenient, but the overall experience lacked any memorable highlights. It was a decent stay. You can get many other options at this price range.
