The hotel room was very good and the property was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Honestly my experience was very good

Room condition is not good. Plaster was coming out and walls are damp. Smell in the room is not good. Exhaust fan in bathroom is not working.

Property was good, clean ,food was awesome, room service was good, well decorated, well behaved staff....everything was excellent

Good stay, enjoyed a lot. It was a pleasant stay. The staffs are cooperative. The room service is a bit slow, but thats not a deal breaker.

The property is quite accessible and just behind trident so it's very easy to find, the rooms were spacious and service was excellent, opted for a breakfast buffet and the breakfast was delicious as well with various assortments, I loved my stay there.

1. The bathroom flush wasn't working. 2. With 2 guests in the room, one plate was brought in for the food. 3. Everytime I am there I find one has to ask for tissue papers in the room. 4. The waste basket had not been cleared atleast for a week.

Good food, Prompt Room service but amenities could be more as compared to other 3 Star hotels. Easier to locate. Hospitality of Staff members were Excellent.

pretty good except no tissue papers in the room. only ONE TOWEL, NO hand towels, no window in the room and ofcourse dirty sheets.

the hotel is well maintained. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and fresh towels were available. TV somehow doesn't seem to work at times. the common area is well maintained.

The hotel is wonderful. Loved the cleanliness and staff behaviour. Rooms are of adequate size. Good place for a stay.

It is good budget hotel. They have big comfortable rooms. Location is bit difficult to trace but otherwise everything is fine
