Excellent Stay
The stay was comfortable, location was easily accessible, the staff was very helpful and cooperative. Only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the breakfast spread. Thankyou for the hospitality 🙂

Terrible Stay
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at Treebo Grand Patia. The lift was not working, which made everything extremely difficult. The reception itself is on the first floor, and to make things worse, the buffet was arranged on the 4th floor. This was not only inconvenient but also pathetic for elderly guests who had to struggle with the stairs. The breakfast was below average – no variety, poor taste, and nothing worth mentioning. For a hotel of this standard, I expected at least a decent spread, but it was a complete letdown. What frustrated me the most was that the management did not inform guests in advance that the elevator was out of service. This is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Overall, my stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially if you are traveling with family or elderly members.

room was good but very dispointed with the lift because we got a room on 3rd Floor and the lift was not working and the bathroom was not cleaned properly Bed linen were stained ,not provided any bathroom amenities but overall service was good .

Stay @ Lazystay
The of this property is it’s location. Right on the KIIT road in patia makes it special. Very polite staff, with good amnesties. I had opted for breakfast inclusion option - here there is slight opportunity for improvement, however, food is not at all a problem here as you may get 100s of food joints beside this property open almost till 12-01 am in the night. It has a safe parking space with security personnel guarding round the clock. Overall it is worth staying here.

Poor Stay
Food - taste was good but the staffs don't maintain hygenic environment. Plates are made of unhealthy materials , plates were kept just on the top of an open dustbin. Location is very nice near to KIIT. Facilities all bad , service is very poor, rooms are always full of cigarette smokes, TV not working . WIFI nit working , dirty towels given, room is for 3 persons but they are giving only 1 mineral bottle per day.

1.Bathrooms need to be better. 2. There was no WiFi available.only after i checked in they informed there's no WiFi. That's not good. 3. The restaurant is awful. Breakfast is very bad.If u order food the guy expects money immediately..that's stupid...You can make the customer pay during checkout. There's a lot of delay in getting food The rest is ok
