when we are try to checking booking only not there in that hotel and rooms also not available in that hotel..this was bad experience from my my trip

denied for check in and demand extra money 500 , when I tell about costumer care then he provided a non AC darty room where as I booked a ac room. after 2.5 hour costumer care transfer my book to other hotel.

I have booked a room per hotel when I went to check in at the hotel, they said that we do not accept online payment. He said that you have to pay extra money.. When I agreed to pay extra money, he started talking rudely with me.. I would request all of you not to book rooms at this hotel...First Time in my life Very Bad Experience.... 🙏

Bed. Sine board another name demand extra 300. Content customer care. 30 minutes west e no results pay 300 then check in after 1 hour call me customer care but already pay money. Bed experience
