I book 3 parson stay in room , but room single khat , I book 3 room , one room not greser , behaviour not so good , I book 10 parson ( 8 adalt 2 children) , for 3 room , but they tell me extra charges , food avarage , out side food not allow , other wise all ok

Hotel Security is very nice, Staff are very understanding.

It was a great stay with homely service . The food was quite good and amenities is also great.

Rooms were well maintained and clean but the issue was with the odour. The room on which I stayed was full of cigarette smell.

In spite of having an advace booking the hotel authority failed to provide me with the same room I had paid for. As a solution they asked us to check in to another room for the 1st night and shifted us to the desired room on the next day morning. As we had to go for a local sightseeing much earlier to the actual shiftment time, we were bound to leave all our belongings at the hotel. But, thankfully they shifted all those stuffs to the new room without any damage or loss.

I recently stayed at Nirmal Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The room cleaning was excellent – the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was neat and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. However, I did face an issue with the bathroom as the toilet flush was not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from this, everything else was good, and I would consider staying here again if the bathroom issue is addressed.

I was traveling to Puri from Angul, but due to night I couldn't reach at time then I found this hotel online . very good room with AC suitable for Business purpose travelling

The room was terrible due to poor ventilation, and the bathroom exhaust vent was located inside the room, causing a persistent bad smell. Very bad experience in that room

location is great . Near from railway station and airport. suitable for communication. services, cleaning and staff behaviour is good.

I stayed 3 night and 2 days. On arrival room provided was very unsatisfactory, there were no ventilation, and Room was very small. Attached bathroom was not good. I demanded to change the room but hotel staff was unable to do so as it was full. Next day morning they changed the room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no newspaper However staff was cooperative and supportive. Overall an average experience. Property should work upon the room ventilation.

Room was more over clean and decent but no room service was available here, I asked for a towel and soap but that was not given.. I had to bring drinking water of my own from outside as well.. Very comfortable rooms with all other amenties. Location is also very well connected with railway station & bus stand. Behaviour of staffs is also a great outcome of the accomodation.

The room was clear so as bathroom so over all every thing was good as a suggestion you should keep on dim light some people don't like to sleep in dark
