After investigating the issue we got know that, the order was placed late night 11pm for a cup of milk though the staff inform our smallest portion is a glass of milk which was informed at the time of service but in morning breakfast though your package was including breakfast we did not make any bill for that. Regarding the pricing, we believe the prices we charge for our facilities are comparable with hospitality trends in the city and well aligned with the quality of our product and guest services. We regret to note that you feel otherwise. However, we will keep your feedback on record when we next review our pricing structure.
