Entire staff is very hospitable. Location of the property is too good, nearer to both railway station and airport. Shopping avenues are many nearby hotel. Food served hotel restaurants is par excellent. We had an enjoyable stay.

Food is too poor for such expensive prices. The prices don't justify the quality of the food served here. Rooms are ok.

The room allotted was with a smoking smell, I again paid an extra amount to upgrade the room. washrooms were not with proper ventilation system, floors were wet throughout my stay. Apart from that while checking out also, some missed calculation and charged an extra amount. I'm still following up to collect the excess amount paid.
