Clean nice rooms. Restaurant good. Wi-Fi poor. No bar although the display boards say so. Friendly helpful staff

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Night staff are not supportive, i am a diabetic patient and hotel have not night restaurant then hotel staff are not picking my food from Zomato that time my sugar is low i am saying please pickup my parcel but he denied this is so inhumane .

Everything is perfect here- especially the quality of food. The only thing that troubled me repeatedly was the Card- Key--- it did not work number of times- I had to reactivate it many times at the reception. THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD . Staff is also very nice- Worth visiting

the cleaning of room available when called, the welcome kept in the room is chargeable if consumed, this information was not provided, the mineral water bottle were not kept on daily basis, when complainted they provided all on last day, how I can drink on 2nd 3rd day they were not ready to listen, they failed to reimburse the cost I incurred on 2 nd day etc.the meals included in the tarrif, but it was not informed that the limit is 800 rs per person, and they charged for extra bill

Our family stayed in lucky india for three nights overall experience has been very good. Clean room, very pleasant environment and good location. Staffs were very kind and ready to help. Few areas of improvement restaurant service could improve takes long time to serve the order. Breakfast menu is short takes long time to refill. I am happy with the stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff behaviour was good. The hygiene of room & toilet was good and room ambience was very pleasant. The team size at restaurant should be increased because during my breakfast, their service speed was relatively low.
