Food is a positive. Rest all needs to be improved.
Pros : In house restaurant has good enough food. Limited options but fair price and good taste. Cons : Power backup is bad. Takes minutes for backup to come. Cleanliness needs overhaul. Moulds, broken components and mosquito blood marks everywhere. Sheets and covers also have stains. Rooms also need better sound proofing. Too much noise from corridor and outside construction, vehicles and dogs. Team doesn't proactively apply discount on food bill as promised by make my trip. Toiletries can be improved.

Terrible Stay
The room size is good, but it was not cleaned properly. The bed has many spots, and overall cleanliness is not up to the mark. There are many insects in the cupboards, and several damaged bathroom accessories have been kept inside the room. The situation is quite disappointing.

Excellent Stay
Staying experience at Hotel Treebo Moon Waalk was absolutely amazing , the staff was very polite and professional . Room service was great! hygiene was great All the facilities were provided to us and we had no issues at any point during our stay The property's food was I think not so great , it was just fine , I think the taste of food they serve can be improved . Rest all other services were top notch.

Treebo Moonwaalk where I stayed was charging for one bottle of water. Food quality was of average taste No Laundry service provided They tried to force me the bill which I have not ordered. Very disappointed and will never try for this hotel.

Could be managed better
The room and bed were smaller than described and the washroom was small aswell, and breakfast was horrible, would not recommend staying for breakfast.

Front office very cooperative, Dinning was very good. Rooms are tidy , spacious , especially bathrooms is quite modern yet simple. neat & clean.

Hotel is good , housing staffs are polite hut the one of the female manager is too ridiculous and full of attitude , we werent treated well , the way she talked to us and approached us was too aggressive , idk how does these people get employed . Would suggest to book better hotels than this one !!
