Review Of The Adventure Luxury Hotel

The AC was not working from day 1. Informed to reception but could not do much. First told that there was an error in mode selection but still situation was not improved. AC was acting as an air blower and not cooling the room. So, disappointed due to discomfort during room stay. Even the window was blocked with the wall of adjacent building. The entry of the hotel was also very dirty. Restaurant was nice and food quality was good but very less options for breakfast. Overall average experience

The property enjoys an excellent location, being very close to both the railway station and the market area. We stayed for two days and had a pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The food was of very good quality, although priced slightly on the higher side. The live music event on the rooftop on Saturday night added a special charm to our stay.

Room ac was not cooling, and ac had more noise. The bedsheet was not clean, had dirts, they changed on complain otherwise room was clean. Blind curtain was notbin room, only semi transparent curtain...

no free breakfast for paying , including tax is disappointing me

Not advisable for guest for business.. very difficult to locate this hotel.. breakfast is ok.. need improvement in all dept., especially frot desk

Hotel Rooms is not hygienic and also not value for Money room. Not proper for receiving the guest. Staff always looking for money as soon as we reached room staff asked for Tip.

It was bery welcoming and good staff there is amazing and i really enjoyed my stay could have done better with breakfast though but overall it was very good

The hotel was excellent! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The amenities and services were top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

It's was good, spacious and clean, it was just that wifi was very weak, services were quick, completely safe

Property is good and stuffs are helpful. This is 6th time staying in that hotel. The only problem is mobile network. Very poor connectivity. I always visit for work related purpose. So it becomes challenging while connecting people virtually

This property would not provide you even whisky glass if you don't drink from their side. It's really very embarrassing. Aside, the condition of AC was very poor though they immediately changed the room but still the second room's AC was not chilled.

Receptionist behaviour was too poor as i realised . That day the receptionist has treated like He is an Officer and we are under workers

The service and greeting did not meet expectations. After obtaining two bottles of water, we were charged for any more bottles, which was unsatisfactory. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and did not justify the expense.

Solo business traveller.. Location wise its near Ashoknagar but bit inside the fruit wholesale market. Foods are good but can develop a lot.. Some professionalism required for House Keeping part..

After online booking, I repeatedly asked them to provide good quality rooms as my senior citizen parents are travelling preferably on 3rd floor, with proper AC and Bathroom functioning. But, the AC was not working from day 1. After repeated complaints and visit by mechanic, things remained constant. My old age parents had to spend 2 days without proper functioning AC. The receptionists didn’t even bother to listen to the problem and only focused on extra person charges. These people don’t even bother to listen to the complaints of travellers let alone solving them. They are only focussed on collecting extra charges and completing formalities. Better avoid staying in this property. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE COST.

The staff is good and friendly. The services are very nice. The property is located in a great location and has excellent rooms. The food is delicious and the breakfast was also good.
