Average stay in this hotel
Not up to mark. Not looked to be a 3 star hotel. The location is good only. In complementary breakfast you can choose only one item. Also it shows for extra 2 hr of extended time but hotel does not accept it. You can plan accordingly. You can find some misquote in room, but they provide good night.

The hotel offers amazing value for money. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities like a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a working TV. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better budget-friendly experience. Highly recommend this place

Excellent Stay
Overall, a very pleasant stay at the greenland grand . The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times. Still, for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Would stay again!

poorly maintained property. despite booking a suite, the staff deliberately checked me into a lower standard room . rate was too high for that value..MMT is equally guilty of misguiding customers. breakfast was awful

Poor Stay
room and hotel was quite opposite to what shown in photo. Entering the hotel rooms area, there was foul smell of urine and then when entered the room, there was cockroach and overall ambience was quite displeasure. SO, we didnot stay there even if we already booked without cancellation.

Good Stay
soloIt’s a very good hotel, neat & clean, situated at a very convenient location. Quality of food is also excellent. Only thing is that the reception needs to improve its customer service efficiency. My call to the customer service desk was never answered during my one day stay. I did not get a bathroom kit in my room.
