However, we would like to clarify that after your departure, our housekeeping team found significant damage to the hotel linens, including extensive bloodstains that rendered several items unusable. As per our hotel policy—which is clearly communicated at check-in and in-room materials—damaged or permanently stained items incur replacement fees. These charges were applied strictly in line with that policy. We always strive to provide a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all guests, and we also expect our property to be treated with the same care.
