Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Facilities I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was disappointing. The bathroom fittings were not working properly – no hot water, broken taps, and poor cleanliness. The TV in the room didn’t work at all, and when I called room service to report it, no one responded or followed up. Room service was extremely slow and unhelpful, and the overall management was arrogant and dismissive when I raised my concerns. They seemed uninterested in guest comfort or satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The cleanliness of this hotel is good. The location of this hotel is excellent but the restaurant service is not that great. They don't offer any simple food like "Daal vaat". Staff are not sufficient. One thing i missed is the carpet that was needed in front of the washroom.
