HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY

Positives : Front desk staffs were cooperative, professional and responsive. Deluxe rooms are cozy. Several popular eateries are located within walking distance. They were nice to tolerate overstaying upto half-an hour. Public transportation (route 11) to the city center is accessible easily. Negatives : The hotel surrounding is noisy up till midnight, parties, dogs, etc .  The rooms are not so sound proof. This can disturb your sleep significantly.  Neither they change bed sheets nor clean the rooms daily. If you are staying multiple days, be vigilant The hotel restaurant is not fully functional.

The hospitality was too good. The restaurant staff were very polite and cooperative. In total a pleasant stay . The location and surroundings of the hotel are calming and cheerful.

The stay was average. The room allotted initially was not good but got changed after I requested . The staff could have been more hospitable and had misleading attitude for some reason.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Water leakage from ac. Intercom not working. Room service was very poor. They forgot to serve after taking order. After check out, they denied to keep luggage till evening.

I had a nice experience at Nilay residency..,,the staff was very cooperative and the room was also nice with the ambiance but there is scope of improvement with the restaurant and the taste of the food.had a pleasant stay

The location of the property was good, but the amenities that was displayed during booking was not available. The behaviour of the staff was helpful and good.

The room was having smell/moisture.Reception phone was not working and not also informed by them.TV was not working

The property is at a very good location and rooms are also nice but it lacks maintenance. room window lock, door lock and. bathroom fittings were broken. No toiletries were provided.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Facilities I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was disappointing. The bathroom fittings were not working properly – no hot water, broken taps, and poor cleanliness. The TV in the room didn’t work at all, and when I called room service to report it, no one responded or followed up. Room service was extremely slow and unhelpful, and the overall management was arrogant and dismissive when I raised my concerns. They seemed uninterested in guest comfort or satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The property is really good and at a very good location. It's quite happening place. But the room service is very poor. They should be little focused on room service.

Hottel accomodation is good, but room care, facilities are verry poor.

Everything was good including their services, staff behaviour, room. They have maintained proper hygiene in the room. We had a street view from our room. Excellent location, clean rooms,surrounding is very good

services are very poor. we booked for 3 adults but while stay they provided poor quality of extra mattress and room services was also terrible.we wouldn't suggest any one for this hotel ever we wouldn't suggest any one for this hotel ever.
