once you leave the hotel property they will call you after 2 hour and complain about unnecessary things and ask you to pay. In situation they complained they we did a whole in their towel which is impossible as half of the booking hour I was not available. Secondly asking 700 RS for a towel doesn’t not justify.

You initially acknowledged the damage and agreed to compensate, but upon learning that our premium-quality towels cost ₹700, you declined and instead chose to post this review. Guests are charged only for verified damages after proper inspection and documentation — never without evidence or reason. Photographs and internal records of the item were maintained in this case. this is quite a new hotel and hence everything is spotless and clean. initially they offered a room wherein the AC was not working properly. it was running continuously irrespective of setting and room was made like an ice box in a short time. We had to use the room without AC on the first day, however they offered a premium room from day two onwards which was a better customer service considering the issue. Location was great and very near to all major tourist spots. No full restaurant or proper food locations nearby which is a negative. otherwise everything else was ok and value for money
