Hotel Railview

I recently got to stay at this Hotel Railview twice in just ten days—first for two nights and then for one. Here’s the scoop on my experiences: **First Stay (2 Nights):** When I checked into my room, I realized the air conditioning wasn’t doing its job. No matter how low I set it, the room just wouldn’t cool down, which made for some pretty uncomfortable nights. Also, the geyser switch was turned off by default, so I had to ask the front desk to get hot water for a shower, which was a bit annoying. On top of that, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the toilet flush wasn’t working either. On the plus side, the room was clean and stocked with plenty of toiletries. I really appreciated the electric kettle for making a nice cup of tea. **Second Stay (1 Night):** When I came back, they gave me a different room. This time, the air conditioning was perfect, and the toilet flush was working fine. However, I still had to remind the staff to turn on the geyser, and there was still no exhaust fan in the bathroom. **Overall Experience:** So, to sum it up, my experience was a bit hit or miss. I liked how clean the place was and how friendly the staff were, but the maintenance issues were a letdown. Still, the vibe and service made my stay pretty nice. If they could sort out those little problems, I’d definitely come back again!

it has good hospitality,good food and comforting facilities all what a middle class family requires in lesser price. My check in time was at 12 pm but due to train late I checked in at 11:30 pm, they connected me via call several times to check when I'm checking in and as their restaurant closes at 10 pm they took a order for us seperately and we got ready food when we reached. Me and my mother stayed there alone it was totally safe. Room and washroom was very clean. They had electric kettle and tea making stuff in room. Food was really good. Location is very nearby station. Overall really great experience.

My train reached Bhubaneswar at 6:00 AM. I requested the Hotel Railview authority Mr. Ashirwad ji to give accommodation a little bit early so that I with my family could get fresh, but He told that it will be chargeable and I have to pay extra Rs.560 for one room I would not have to pay the extra amount. It was really bad experience and painful😣

It was almost and and service was satisfactory. IT IS VERY NEARBY TO RAILWAY STATION.

It was a very nice stay. The place was clean . The services were great.

The stay was very pleasant. The check in process is also hassle free. The behaviors of all staffs are very pleasant. food is good too.

The location is pretty good, if someone travelled by air and after that taking a train from bhubaneswar railway station then I would recommend everyone to choose your Hotel Railview.
