CRYSTAL URBAN PARK

We were 6 members stayed for 2 days. There were no essentials provided, rooms are not clean. A lot of cigarette and other unpleasant smells are coming from the lobby area. No cattle.

Excellent stay it was very good visit. Only lack was there was tea jetliner or tea in room. We reached at 11pm waited for tea up to 8 o’clock morning

कमरा तो बहुत बड़ा था लेकिन कमरे में सामान आदि रखने के लिए अलमीरा वगैरा प्रॉपर नहीं थी, बाथरूम में रोशनी कम थी, बाथरूम में तौलिया आदि तथा कपड़े रखने की जगह भी ठीक नहीं थी, कमरे की दीवारें इतनी अच्छी नहीं थी, नाश्ता भी सामान्य था। गद्दे बिल्कुल भी अच्छे नहीं थे एक रात तो जागकर ही गुजरी। पीने का पानी बहुत कम दिया गया एक आदमी के लिए सिर्फ आधा लीटर पानी। रिसेप्शन पर जो व्यक्ति थे उनका व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा था

nice and comfy place ,neat and clean ,suggested for solo Travellers amd family

This is my second time stay in the property. It is one of great choice hotel near Bhubaneswar railway station.

Great stay! Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and perfect location. Cleanliness and amenities were good. Only reason not giving 5 stars is breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, value for money and would definitely recommend!"

Although the hotel is in the same building of the hospital, but still well managed by the staff, and we like the location of the property

No hot water in bathroom despite multiple follow ups. Seepage in room walls. Only 1lt bottled water provided per day atleast these should be mentioned in their T&C.

Lack of management. Restaurant is like a stall market. While checkin to room, no kettle was rhere then call housekeeping they gave after long, then they advise to call restaurant to send the consumables (tea), then again called housekeeping they havent give cups and spoon. It took so long calling here there, useless. Towel is like they gave me duster, white color become faded greyish.

Locat ion is good. Service is poor, You don't get anything without asking for 2,3 times, no hot water tap, they give an immersion heater if you ask for, no welcome tea coffee.

Room flooring was nit good and also too much room freshner was used causing suffocation uneasy to breath

Although room was more or less fine except for a couple of cockroaches, the food at the restaurant was never served at all even after waiting for more than 45 mins. upon enquiry again the waiter asked what was the order and regarding the inordinate delay, it was told that i should have told them to serve within a defined period of time or else they will do it at their own sweet time

Recently management changed Mr Vikas Gupta and Team are very courteous and coperative. Good and improved services

crystal urban park room is good and spacious and near to bhuneswar railway station. resturant food is very good.

Pleasant stay , clean and hygiene was maintained. The location was very easy to find and was near to railway station. The host and the staff were very friendly. Can improve the restaurant and the delay in in room service.

Clean but the electrical connections were not working at one area. Otherwise ok

Crystal urban park Room is too good, neat n clean.. Looks very fresh ..n attractive.. Service is also good.. Hotel is close to bhuvaneshwar Railway station and Bus stop Master Canteen is a added advantage
