MMT customer was treatd as stepmom

location is very good. But there is no provision of lift. Basically they provided room at G+3 . I faced problem with my knee pain issue. For early check in they charged me extra as I was MMT customer. Bed is in two part not suitable for our booking for3 adults. They did not provide paper roll , toiletries for toilet.

Excellent experience. The room is very neat and happy experiences. Ac in good working condition. The bath room is also very clean. The only drawback is not having a lift especially for the aged like us and those with heavy luggage to reach out to reception area. Front there the boys are helping. It's good budget hotel
