The Hotel room was not even clean when I checked in. The linens were all used. The hotel staff didn't care to change the bedsheets and pillow covers before they give the keys. There were no complimentary water bottle. When I asked the room service for water, the guy brought me used water bottle. The room was smelling bad. When asked they sprayed an air freshener and gave excuses. Food was inferior quality. The breakfast was terrible. They served oily Puri and chhole. They didn't have varieties of dishes for the breakfast. Worst experience ever.

Hotel is Just average. They are not giving complete attention to the guests. And furniture, rooms, Bathrooms are not properly maintained. "suraj hotel was a disaster! the worst experience unclean rooms, poor service, and overpriced. not worth the money. wouldn't recommend to anyone. disappointing stay, and it ruined the whole trip. avoid this hotel at all costs, trust me, you won't regret it."

Food distribution time very lazy that's mean no time table

I never stayed there because the place was pathetic and no person can really stay in such a pathetic place.

The hotel *did not have*a room* for me in spite of the booking. *they said they were* *full*. The contact *number given by makemytrip for the hotel did not work*. The hotel moved me to another property so i gave them a 2 otherwise terrible. Rubbish

Hotel booking is easy due to quick service of mmt. Hotel location is good. Room is spacious & clean with average facilities. Yet few things to be improved like good functioning of ac, toilet seat, geyser etc. Toiletries kit must be provided in each room.

Good room and location. But bathroom could be better. It becomes very wet. The breakfast was also not upto the mark. Very limited in choice.

The property condition is terrible, no cleanliness. It is in broken condition. Even the floors are Messy and all over hairs are spread out. Foul smell are there across the room

Location of Property is excellent, amenities were very good , food is also good and staff also cooperative.

Though the hotel management had all the facilities, the staff attitude was that of utter insensitivity, casualness. The room was not cleaned. Had complain next day to get the room cleaned, restore in room tv, room slippers and a host of other nutty gritties during stay. The curtains were not washed a long time was evident with numerous stain marks. Overall not satisfied with the kind of money paid for a 2 night stay.

Location is easy to find, food and amenities were very good and staffs are also very good and very courteous
