Excellent Stay
I have stayed in this property 3/4 times...Everything was great, from neat and clean to staff behavior.Food also okok ..not that much excellent ..Check-in and check-out times also do not take much time. The property is new, everything is fine...if I say about the room, it is a bit small..And one more thing is that there should be at least 2 chairs in the room because if we take the meal to the room then it will be uncomfortable.

Poor Stay
No alarm button in lift. I was stuck there. I am a patient of claustrophobia and the situation created panic. Thanks God I opened in 2-3 minutes. But it was like millions years for me. Services at breakfast was not prompt. AC was not effective. Though once room was changed, but AC in both rooms were alike... ineffective

Excellent Stay with Great Service and Food! This property is truly awesome! They offer 24/7 service, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The food here is outstanding—especially the breakfast, which is absolutely delicious and a must-try. All the staff members are very cooperative and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay
Location wise it is in the prime one just beside the main road. Talking about the food ,that was great in taste too. Facilities were pretty good in terms of room structure,designs and super spacious Mahogony room with bath tub, sofa with a lot more luxury feel.

Good Stay
The overall experience was very good earlier we were given a room which had some problems but then on complaining on the treebo central helpline they immediately took actions and upgraded our room with minimal charge

Good Stay
The Aura team excelled in hospitality, making our stay truly special. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with delicious live preparations. The location was perfect – peaceful and just a stone's throw from the beach. While the swimming pool area could use some attention, the overall experience was enjoyable and we'd definitely recommend it. Great value for money, all things considered!

Nice hotel, but terrible experience
Here are the positives: 1. The hotel is within 100m of the KIIT Law University, an excellent location if you need to be close to the KIIT campus. 2. The rooms are small, but are well appointed, feel more spacious than they are, well lit and well maintained. 3. The hotel is well staffed for its small size and the staff are reasonably responsive. Here are the negatives: 1. The hotel is located opposite a large dumping ground, so the view from the rooms on one side is not great. 2. It has a very small / slow lift and this can be a challenge because the dining space is on the 5th floor 3. On all the dates of our stay, the hotel had severe power fluctuation and power outage challenges, which resulted in several issues - lift not working, electronic key cards not working, AC not working (some rooms did not even have power), no hot water in all rooms and no water in some rooms. If it was not for this, it probably merits a 4 star rating

Poor Stay
There was no electricity even to the wee hours of the morning. I had a very uncomfortable stay. But I still had to pay in full. So this has put in great disadvantage. Even the food.. there was no food available..only chinese cuisine. Somehow me and my mother ate. And staff behaviour was just too bad

I recently stayed at Treebo The Aura, Bhubaneswar and had a comfortable experience. The location is quite convenient, with good connectivity. Terrible Stay
After completing the said 2days boarding ,prayer for extending another one day,the respective Manager namely Sudam,he confirmed the extension one day but subsequently another Manager informed me that your one day extension not allowed,your vacated the room .and the time was at about 9.30 pm Having no other alternative vacated the intent to to lodged a complaint against the said Manager namely sudam as well as the respective hotel management,but one of staff arranged another Hotel at about 11pm at night at kiit road this was also a treebo ground of hotel and shipped there . This was the hospitality of the respective hotel.

Terrible stay in treebo Aura . Not fit to be -
We checked in the hotel in the afternoon and found the room bathroom commode was not working. We repeatedly told them and no action. Ultimately at 10 in the night we were shifted to another hotel. It was customer- and not expected from.-. Our 1 day stay was terrible. -. They did not check before giving thd room to customer..

Neat and clean rooms. Very cordial and friendly staff. The location of the hotel near KIIT makes it comfortable to commute in and around Patia, Bhubaneswar. Value for money indeed.
