First of all after confirming the booking in make my trip, i called the hotel and they refused to give me check in as they were lingering upon the issue thqt some construction work is going on (but we could not find any after check in. After contacting customer support in make my trip they agreed to provide me accomodation. The address of the hotel was incorrectly updated in google maps and it was very interior. Unfortunately our train was late so we checked in late. After reaching the address suggested by google maps, we called the hotel manager but he didn't picked up the call even after calling for 20-25 times. Somehow we reached the hotel with the help of local residents. Even after knocking the gate and calling the manager, he didn't picked up the call. After waiting for 45 mins a boy came and unlocked the gate and he was very rude. He provided us a very average room. The door of the room doesn't locks. There was no refund policy otherwise we would have cancel-led the booking and booked somewhere else.

Bad experience.
Room bad condition, non-hygienic. Unclean bedsheets, pillow covers. Staf behaviour good.

Nice for stay but check the one night cost before booking
Everything was good -the room, stay, food(i took only breakfast. But the one thing which i got disappointed with is the rude behaviour of the receptionist. He behaved bad with me both during check-in and check-out and took extra money from me without any reason during checkout. Otherwise everything was fine.

Very good i am very much satisfied with all the stuffs and others very good
Everything you need, just ask them to do so location though is a little bit far from main city, but condition of room is very comfortable
