It was really a Terrible experience as this hotel asked me to pay extra money and said that the room I booked is already unavailable and I have to pay extra for a deluxe AC room, and misbehaved with me when I asked to call customer service. Although I booked my room in advance that day ,the same evening ,a few hours ago and on reaching the reception the owner said I should book the hotel during the check-in time, that is around 11:00 am, because they have allotted all the rooms that I had booked. How is it possible to book in advance when journeys are dependent on our personal work and timings. I was tired so I paid extra money of rupees 300 through Gpay (Also if required I can Share the Screenshot) for an AC room. It was again pathetic when they haven't supplied electricity to that AC and then I stayed there like a non AC room because I had a lot of work for the upcoming days and didn't argue much!
I lost my faith in online booking there, don't know how to find good hotels! Really pathetic.
