Hotel O Hi5 Days Inn Premium

Room was not so clean. Bed was dusty. Staff was not asking for complimentary breakfast which was included in my booking, not even asking for soap and towel. It was a poor experience for me.

Very bad experience from this hotel, don’t go no body response in this hotel, when I to this hotel manager fully drunk and slept no body was asking also, there is no less than 1 star, “

1) No free breakfast was there but before booking it was showing free breakfast 2) No Wi-Fi service in my room 3) Bed sheet condition was not good, small holes are there. Pillow cover was not washed & no toiletries provided.

The property is difficult to locate, the rooms are dirty, Stains all over the bedsheet, and the room doesn't even look like the photos uploaded.

The booked hotel did not have a room available when i arrived at midnight, as the rooms were under maintenance. The hotel manager convinced me to stay at their other hotel. Upon reaching there, i faced a problem with the ac not working properly. I was unable to sleep properly as the bed pillow was filled with bed bugs. I managed to sleep as there was no option or conveyance to choose another room at midnight. Additionally, the hotel did not have the facility to serve breakfast, even though i had booked a room with a complimentary breakfast.

Good rooms actually but under maintenance... Quiet location... Amenities should be provided a bit more ... More or less it's fine staying here
