behaviour of staff is not upto mark .they need training. so I didn't order food during my stay

Parking facility is very very bad. Hotel employees disturbed us again n again to remove our car to another place for the parking of other bikes, where as we were the customers of the Hotel. The behaviour of the Hotel Staff was very very bad and rude.

all good. very cooperative and friendly staff. Location was very prime and easy to locate. OPD experience was very superb. Nice crowd and nice DJ.

room was not clean cigarette buds where under the bed hair on pillow and bedsheet was unclean ,fan was not working bathroom was dirty and loud music from club above head whole night ,staff where nice and polite that's the only good thing in property

I find this property through make my trip & room inside tv only 2 demo chanel available & ac not working properly very poor cooling.

The property is located in Chandrashekhar pur which is a prime area, the food is good and the stay is comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. In all a good stay within budget.

Location is prime. Issues faced for parking and noise due to clubs nearby. Staff behaviour was nice but delay in room service can be optimized. Overall a good stay.

room is too dirty, bad odour, leakage in bathroom and beds are dirty . it's horrible experience lift not working

I recently stayed at this property and had a generally comfortable experience. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, which made check-in and other formalities smooth and pleasant. However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of some of the Food & Beverage staff, who came across as rude and inattentive. The room was clean and the basic amenities were in place, but the property overall is showing signs of aging and would benefit from some renovations and upgrades. With a few improvements, this place has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

The staff behaviour was very rude and they disrespected also. When i asked them about AC. they came and said you can check with reception, I cant help you with very arrogant way.

the rooms were clean and tidy , staff was very friendly , checking process was smooth … overall our experience was superb we went with a car which a little bit difficult to park coz of less space but the hotel staff guide us to a good place to park … will definitely visit again .

Stay was good but the service speed is slow which has to be improvised. Lot of bad smell was coming from bathrooms.
