Good Evening Mr. Sidhartha, Thank you so much for your feedback, we are really sorry for the experience, what you had in our hotel. Me and my team personally took this on a priority basis to understand the scenario. For your kind information that some of the items may not be available during certain seasons and there is nil communication between you and our front desk staff regarding mentioned points. We were expecting you to receive our call. Even after calling you repeatedly you didn't receive or message back. We don't repeat any materials just to keep our guest safety. Being our guest you have full rights to ask our FO staff to change rooms. When we closely investigated the matter we found there is , 'NO" communication from your end.

Dear Guest With due respect to your review and pics shared we would like to really apologise to say that you have to experience this as the cleaning was going on at that particular time and since your guest stayed at the hotel and not you so it was miscommunicated to you on many things. Though check in time is 2 PM but yet you arrived at 9 AM and cleaning was going on at that moment. Even to avoid any kind of discomfort we gave your guest the option for free upgrade to suite room but since you became comfortable in that room guest denied. After receiving your feedback at reception we gave special attention to your guest staying with us and after that they even extended the stay by booking offline. We once again apologise for the discomfort your guest faced at the initial stage and we will definitely work on the same. Regards
