Review Of Super Hotel O Khushi Guest House

The guest house owner charged us an additional 700.00 rs during checking. I paid the full amount when I booked the room but the owner who was quite unprofessional cheated me while checking. As I was with family so to avoid further delay in checking I needed to pay them extra money then only they allowed us to get into the room. Felt very uncomfortable in front of all. They don't have their own food facility at the guest house. After taking an extra amount they will arrange the food from a cheap class restaurant which is 500 MTR far from the guest house. Rooms were dirty and not hygienic. It was prone to have an infection. The staff are good and co-operative by nature. I will give the below rating based on my experience: Checking - 1 out of 5 Food- 2 out of 5 Location - 4 out of 5 (500 MTR from NH) Staff behaviour - 3 out of 5 Room cleaniness - 1 out of 5 Over All Rating - 1 out of ,5

Worst experience. Initially they showed me a non ac room and told me they cant give me the ac room with the price . I had to pay extra money there as the booking was not refundable. Even after paying extra bucks I found bedsheets were not clean, water was not coming in basin, bla bla...

Hotel o khushi guest house was a major disappointment. The toilet was in poor condition and the bathroom mat was covered in dust. The staff's behavior was also unpleasant, leaving a negative impression of the entire stay.

It was a guest house, not a hotel. It's good for a stay, decent facilities available at a reasonable price.

good experience with ac room and beautiful environment..the road and room is good but it is far better

The room was very bad. There was sipahe patches everywhere. The room temperature was very humidity. The service was good. But the room & bathroom smelled bad. I had booked 2 rooms but 1 had indian & the other had a western but it was not mentioned earlier.
