The hotel rooms were good, but the service was extremely disappointing. For even small requests, the staff either delayed for a long time or simply ignored follow-ups. Despite having a corporate booking, check-in took more than an hour. After dining, I requested the table to be cleaned, but it was neglected. Even after handing over the key at reception with a reminder, the table was still dirty when I returned. The next day, the complimentary breakfast (just puri and sabji) was served after 1.5 hours. Some food items were fine, but others lacked basic seasoning, and even after pointing this out, no corrective action was taken. Overall, the major issue seems to be a lack of staff, which is seriously affecting service quality.

Attending staff need to be trained as it took approx 35 minutes to check in my room. which was unsatisfactory... Cleaning and hygienic conditions found good....

The hotel staff are really nice and the room/suite is quite impressive and the balcony view is much good. And other facilities are also good.

Poor Stay
Hotel's position is good. Didn't get the room (Executive) as shown and booked. Rooms and facilities are okay. But as I had Breakfast included in my package, got 2 different quantity on 2 different days. Like, first day I got 4 pieces of bread toast but on second day they gave 2 pieces of that. Egg Poach also was made half of the first day, as given on second day. Totally non professional and poor hospitality. I request MMT to assure to provide it's regular clients to get rooms and services, as booked.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times. Still, for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Would stay again!

I stayed at Fabhotel Sonali Golden palace for 4 nights while exploring the city solo. The location couldn’t be better — close to all major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff helped me book local tours and gave great restaurant recommendations. Felt well taken care of the entire time.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at fabhotel hotel sonali golden palace . The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times. Still, for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Would stay again!

Very Satisfactory Experience!
The staff was very cooperative and well mannered.. Although I had a slight issue with the wifi connection, it was resolved. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Would definitely go here again on my next visit.

Poor Stay
The hotel stay was not good at all. They show different rooms and provided different rooms. Room service is horrible. You will get water after 5 reminders and after 2 hours of waiting. Room cleaning is not regular. Although staffs are polite.
