totally disappointing!! they didn't refill bottle ofbody wash and handwash! and water was dirty even the glass was dirty..room was small but it was decent no question on that..and i think they should use room freshner too..i got asthma attack because of smell of smoke! no hyegine! staff behaviour was nice so I'm not gonna complaint about them!

Nice property, food is good, cleanness of room was okay okay. The reception and staff are polite.. best part is close to the main road. Overall a good stay.. PS lift doesn't work from ground floor to 1st floor. So you have to take stairs till 1st floor.

The hotel is maintained very neat and it is value for money. Staff is friendly and willing to help. They have opened a hotel in the same building which was not there earlier. i find the food tasty

Complimentary Break Fast was booked, but it was not provided. After discussion with receptionist she asked us to contact custmor care Kitchen was operating very late cleaning was done very late arrow water supply was poor

the hotel is specially designed for smokers and drinkers . the hotelier said it as everything allowed..when I entered the room it was full of smoke.. being a non smoker it was terrible for me to stay but they said that no other room is available though the hotel is vacant. The approach of the staff also meant that it is made for smoker and alcoholic people. rest the Tv is not working after complaint also they said it won't work..the point is this is going under premium property but this type of stance is not expected. especially the hotel is not for family..

I prefer to stay at Hotel presidency near Nayapalli. I booked this hotel as Presidency was full and this hotel is just opposite to presidency. Reception is at first floor and they don’t have lift from basement to first floor. Staff is good and cooperative, but their restaurant service is not available early morning and late night.

Nice rooms clean washrooms and good hotel 🏨 with decent food I will suggest don't order manincourse order starter it's better than main course

Room was smelling. Floor was not tidy. Bed sheets was used one after asking they changed but not changed the blanket cover.

While booking, I selected a room that included breakfast. However, at check-in, the hotel said they were not providing breakfast. Make my trip said they refund the 7℅ amount on total bill still not yet refund.

Rook is ok.Location is good. The only thing is careless behaviour of staffs.They are very reluctant to give you GST Paid Bill.
