Location and stay was good but due to short staffing the towels and pillows were not provided at checkin. Upon letting them know issue was resolved. But need to take care of these basic things.

The room was cosy , good , clean and had a good experience BUT the room allocated to me was way too close to the reception desk , i could hear what they are talking and doing it was a bit disturbing . And At first the building gave a pretty crepy vibes as the staffs were eating in only wearing gamchas and lungis in same floor it felt a bit crepy . But at the end nothing serious happened but it would be nice if there were more professionalism in between staffs .
