Rooms are big size but not maintained very old furniture and not providing clean blankets or bed covers even after complaining. No free water bottle and worst quality soap.

"Upon checking-in, I requested a room change and bedsheet replacement due to cleanliness concerns. However, the staff insisted it was already changed. Alternative rooms offered had smoking odors and excessive noise. The allocated room had: - Damaged curtains - Broken beds - Unhygienic bathroom - Partially enclosed wooden area During checkout, staff created unnecessary drama, removing and inspecting the bedsheet in the reception area. Receptionist's comment: 'We cannot reuse these items for the next client,' implied that I was responsible for the room's condition and should take the bedsheet and towel with me." highlights the unsatisfactory hotel experience, emphasizing cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Continuing stay. Clean room, not crowded location. Free part of the busy area. Lift old fashioned, manual door opening but ok. Wifi poor, not coming at all though connected. Inter om continues to be lousy, noisy. Overall fine.

Hotel is situated very close to railway track, it can be hectic specially for light sleepers. Typical 2 star hotel with poor washroom.

The room was quite spacious and the staff were really good and well behaved . They also provide good food you just have to wait a bit but it's worth it . You will get good food after it .. Overall Good experience
