Disappointing Stay — Not as Expected

My stay at FabHotels Royal Lagoon was below expectations. The property looked quite different from the pictures shown on MMT. Accessibility was an issue as there was no wheelchair ramp, and the bathroom had a high step, making it inconvenient to use. The room size was smaller than expected and not suitable for a family stay. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell throughout the hotel and rooms, which made the experience uncomfortable. Although the food was decent, the complimentary breakfast was unexpectedly charged. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay and could have been managed much better.

-The room was smaller than expected with lack of basic amenities like water & toiletries.. -There were stray cats roaming in the kitchen & restaurant of the hotel leading to hygeine issues.. -The food was just average and not worth the cost

Hotel Room condition is very poor . Bathroom is also poor condition . Material is not available wich is mentioned . Bed , bed sheet , blankets are not in good and useable condition . Overall room not feel like hygienic .

being one of the worst property mmt shows top in queue. all the rooms were damped,ac are not working properly , surrounding area were full of unsocial. seeing all of these we are rejected the hotel with Family but mmt was not refunding our tariffs. first time i refuse the mmt application.
