Worst service rude staff, owner, charges extra money at the time of check out i payed extra 900 worst place to stay unhygienic washroom without bathroom door waste of money.

Room was ok. Ac not working tv not available. Room was untidy washroom was dirty and stained. The manager denied me to allow stay because the booking price was low. They asked me to pay 200 more. I had to beg n convince him even after paying in advance.

Room and the entire hotel is not safe and sanitize. Google map location is different from actual room is also different and no facilities available as i saw in the app at the booking time food is sufficient in quality

Please don’t go there. I went with my family with my pet they told us book separate two rooms. Even though its written that pets friendly but they are not allowing. Mainly the receptionist didn’t allow us with pet. Then they said you have to book two diff rooms. They they said no sorry we can’t allow you that to it was night. We were soo tired. They just harass us at night time. That too hotel location is in remote area. Very bad experience. Specially unmarried couple dont go there. They will harass you

Good service I will visit again

I was book hotel and I called hotel representative for I am checking at 5 pm he told me okay. But after arriving he not provide any room. I call customer service for this problem but he failed then I booked offline hotel very costly. I suffer very problem.

This moon light guest house is the worst hotel i have seen in my life, this kind of hotels should be banned from online booking platform. First of all they shifted us from one hotel to another hotel in another location which was very far and we only had to bear the transportation charges, room was smelly as if not cleaned anything after the previous guests left, there was very less lighting in the room, only a small low power led light was there, there was no mobile network coverage of any operator in the room, there was no WiFi also. The staffs were also very bad behaved persons they were treating us as if we are staying freely in there hotel, they asked us at least 15-20 times that payment is done or not, its very frustrating. With such experience we were feeling as if we went 10 years back to past. Such a disgusting experience in so called smart city bhubaneswar, and MakeMyTrip our great that such kind of hotels are there in your website.

Air conditioner was not working. The windows was just behind the bed. Day light cannot be obstructed anyway.

Television and flush not working in room otherwise better facilities.

The room we stayed was in terrible condition. It was smelling very bad. TV and AC was not working. Very bad experience. Room service was pathetic. After many fight with hotel management and request to MMT they transferred us to a New room but still was not up to the standard. I will never recommend anyone to prefer the hotel.

Hotel staff was not supporting.

Stay was the worst ever, location was quite good, but needed to walk too much. Food was delayed worst ever service provided.
The room was too small. Booking made for other room given the worst one, poorest service provided delay in every requirements. I have a small child, they didn’t even aloud to boil milk Worst quality service experienced.

Hotel staff is very rude during check in as thus stay us being availed by my colleague as he check in at early morning 0430 hrs as I am also aware that early check in is subjected to availability ,but I requested him to at least be seated in reception but the answer the person gave me is we sleep late night and you are coming early morning later on he locked the gate and made my friend to stay outside.

Hotel is at a good place. There are many restaurants near you, staff is also good.

The stay was ok. Staff were helpful. But the room was not clean. Only one light in the room, definitely not worthy of 1.5k.

Perfect location, good service but food is not available.

The hotel in located in Niladri Vihar. It took some time to find the guest house the location is such that. When I reached guest house it did not look clean nor does any body pay attention to sanitatory. The guest house do not have inter telecom facility to call any body nor does it have any bell to call for room service. There was only one person in guest house to look after the guest house.

Room condition needs to be improved. Overall average. It is in a very lonely place. Only bed and tv is good. Bathroom big enough. But other amenities are not at par in compare with other average hotels. Parking available. Little bit scary for the family travellers. Guest House Manager is okay.
