make my trip was a very bad experience because I am booking 2 rooms but not provided the room I am very disappointed

There was no gijar, no water was coming from the bathroom tap. Also the pillow cover and bedsheet were very dirty.

I haven’t received my refund. Call me

I went to hotel there was no room after requesting he opened room but room was very bag and smelling alot. I immediately call customer service and complaint them they said we will return your money but haven’t received any amount

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, it was clear that the property was severely lacking in proper management. The hotel manager was nowhere to be found, and there was no one available to address any of the issues that arose during my stay. One of the most glaring problems was the lighting. The entire property was poorly lit, creating an unwelcoming and somewhat eerie atmosphere. It was difficult to navigate the hotel premises safely, especially at night. The condition of the rooms was another major letdown. It seemed as though they had not been maintained since they were first built. The rooms were outdated, and the lack of proper upkeep was evident in every corner. The cleanliness was subpar, and it was clear that no effort had been made to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. The current state of this hotel is a far cry from what was advertised, and it is misleading for potential guests to see pictures from a decade ago rather than the current, poorly maintained state of the property. Overall, my stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The poor management, inadequate lighting, and lack of maintenance made for an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel until significant improvements are made.

I am not satay due to bust condition of hotel. I am totally waste my money.

Hotel denied to accept booking due to non availability of room very rude staff behaviour mmt should blacklist such hotel for its list

Hotel denied to accept the booking as the booking and payment both are done in well advance even they denied to give any assistance

pictures of hotel are deceiving there is bad smell all over. Rooms don't have any window and are in bad condition.

Don't go with photos guys it's totally looks different when you will check in n you don't have an option to cancel the deal. Worst room i have seen ever.

Place is bit seculant, near bus stand seems unsafe. Though my stay was good. Good staff

The hotel initially denied check in because they have checked in someone else before to our room. Then they asked us to check in and told us to see rooms and told if room is okay then stay otherwise leave. All rooms were having unmarried boys and girls, drinking and doing the bad things. Rooms were having worst bedsheets and pillows, not cleaned since decades. Washroom is full of broken things. Smell was there in whole room. One can stay on road but not here.

Good hotel but room is not clean

Towels not there at time of check inn.
